REQUEST TO ERASE PERSONAL DATA
Notice: The legally binding language of this website's legal documents is Greek. In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Greek version, the Greek version shall prevail.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data held by us (the "right to be forgotten", Article 17 GDPR). This page explains how to exercise that right with respect to data collected by BizRadio.gr.
How to Request Erasure
If you have filled out our contact form and would like your name, email address, and message history deleted from our mail logs, please submit a request via our Contact Form with the subject line "GDPR Data Erasure Request". Please provide the exact email address you used when contacting us so we can locate and remove your data.
Form Data Note
Please note that our contact form is embedded on our website as a frame hosted by a third-party provider. Data you submitted through the form is stored and controlled by that third-party provider, not by BizRadio.gr. If you wish to erase data stored by the form provider, you should contact the form provider directly. Hellenic Solution will, however, erase any message history that may be retained in our own mail logs.
What We Will Do
Upon receipt of a valid erasure request, we will:
- Verify your identity using the email address you provided.
- Delete the personal data you specified from our active systems within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR Article 12(3).
- Confirm the deletion to you in writing.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe that our processing of your personal data is unlawful, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA / Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα) at www.dpa.gr.
