COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

Notice: The legally binding language of this website's legal documents is Greek. In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Greek version, the Greek version shall prevail.

Hellenic Solution, the operator of BizRadio.gr, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. The music broadcast on BizRadio.gr is produced by Artificial Intelligence and is intended to be royalty-free. However, if you believe that any content broadcast on our audio stream or hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, please contact us using the procedure below.

Reporting Infringements

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content broadcast on our audio stream or hosted on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), EU Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society, or Greek Law 2121/1993 on copyright, by providing our Legal Department with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. track title, composer, performance details).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
  • Contact details, including address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send us a counter-notice containing the same six elements listed above. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party and may restore the removed material at our discretion, subject to the terms of the applicable law.
